The little blue bike that can!

Yamaha got this one right. A fuel injected 250cc street legal dirt bike that was designed for on and off road prowess. The power is not killer like a race bike, but smooth and flowing. The suspension is pretty good as delivered with a good range of adjustment, and can be upgraded for reasonable cost. It has a steel sub-frame to support a rack, which the true race bikes lack. Load capacity is 408 pounds... on a bike that weighs about 300 full of gas. It can carry more than it weighs!  Modifications abound already, even though it has only been around since 2008.
